Father God we come into your presence
with thanksgiving and joyful heart.
Lord, we thank You for bringing each of us here safely, some
of us even traveled long distance just to be
part of this reunion. We thank You for
this great gathering, we thank You for the committee who worked hard these
past months in putting it all together.
Lord, we thank you for the great institution we call UST HIGH SCHOOL that has
brought us together. A “SCHOOL” where we learned to play, study and dream
together
Lord, we thank You for this very special night. Joyfully we are assembled
once again as the Class of '68 to remember happy days and refresh our
friendships. A time to catch up on each other. A time to celebrate the
wonderful years that You gave us together.
Father bless our time tonight and may this be but another example of the
care that we have for one another as we come together in this 35th
coral reunion here at Corinthian Garden Clubhouse this 8th of November,2003.
Bless the food to the nourishment of our bodies and bless all of those who
prepared it and all of those who will serve it.
And now Father in the name of Your Son, Jesus Christ and in the power of Your
Holy Spirit, we ask for your continued grace and blessings on our work, our
families, our friendship, on all of those here tonight, on all of those who
were not able to attend , we likewise pray for the teachers who truly taught
us in classrooms that we more yearn to be wise;
Father we submit the next minute to you in
silence….… in remembrance of each of the batchmates who have gone on ahead
of us and who can now only be held in our memory, and are forever
joyfully held in Thine embrace.
